Major Life Changes

Like the transition of autumn to winter, this young woman became a mother on November 10th, 2007.
There's too much to say about this major life change in one blog entry. I have wanted to try to articulate the dramatic changes but honestly, I'm either too tired or I'm doing something else.

With amazing power, our son,
Jacob McDonald Steinhorn
arrived in our apartment
on Saturday, November 10th
at about 6:10am
8lbs 6oz, 20in

Jacob will be one month old already...yes, everyone says how fast it goes now; they're right. I am dragging my feet and wishing this little one would stay little for a long while.
